Meet for Krome ave insane asylum:
Lets set up a meet somewhere then all head out to the old krome insane asylum and check it out, fun for all, maybe see a ghost who the hell knows, or if your just down for taking some cool pics of urban exploring at its finest and if things go well there are tons more places to check out, if interested post here and we will all set something up

Trust me dont go into those buildings unless you want a rusty needle from a heroin addict with aids going through your foot. I did the whole "let's explore the asylum" thing when i use to attend the bonfires a few years back.

sentranator is right it was a old military base during the Cuban missile crisis era, the name of the base was "nike hm-69" after the shut it down in the late 60's early 70's if was said to be used to hold illegal immigrants, but I cannot verify any facts of its use after the early 70's.
I am working nights at the nuclear plant in homestead and I have been doing research about it while im bored as fuck. If you do go just be careful of police and crack heads...... and take pics.

My GF is from Homested and she told me some random guy bought it for his son to play paintball becasue all the kids would always get in trouble for trespassing. So from what I know now, its legit to go there can explore if you want.
