Wow that teg lucked out wouldn't you say? All the cars looked competitive, but that EG was a little much. To keep things fair they shouldn't have allowed the EG to compete in their class.

first off nice video...the build part and "flash back" were sweet.

what tire pressure do they run those slicks at? in the EG especially they look damn near flat.

Thanks For The Comments....

I'm Not Sure How much pressure was in the Eg but In The SC Performance Car it had around 8psi in the slicks.

jesus that's sooooooooo low. do they spin the tire on the rim? are the rims screwed or beadlocked?

does the front want to float around ?

HAHAHA... Yea Its Pretty Damn Low.... I'm not positive about the tire to Rim info but I would imagine that they are locked togeher some how... I know that when he had more pressure in the tires earlier in the day he was having a hard time getting the car to go straight and as he let the pressure down it started tracking better, the last I heard the pressure in the tire was around 7 Pounds... I'll get the information about the tire to rim setup and I'll be sure to let you know, I'm kind of curious myself....

well its completely backasswards compared to what i'm use to...LOW tire pressure is around 13-15lb's...most radial guys keep them even higher around 20ish. basically you want as high of a tire pressure that you can hook.

no fun going down the track on bias plys wagging the ass end all over the place.

my buddy was having issues spinning his ET drags on the rim around 15lb's or so. I have his old set of rims with the paint still on them

I would think that the pressure that low up front would want to "drift" around

I was at the import event last sunday at pbir and I was seeing the same thing. I would say they were running like 7psi at the most. All the guys screwed the tires to the rims.

Dude I've been wanting to come down that way for a LONG Time... There is always good Stuff going on in Florida... I think I'm gonna make the trip down there sometime this summer... When I Do I'll let you know so you can show me some spots...
